4. Main Features:
4.1 The balancing machine is equipped with a high - quality branded
servo motor. The spindle servo motor enables soft start, soft stop, automatic positioning,
halting, and fixed - point rotation of the material - removal hole.
The vertical servo is responsible for controlling the drilling
depth.
4.2 The spindle bearing and the main electrical components are
imported products.
4.3 An industrial vacuum cleaner is configured to suck away the
iron chips produced during the material - removal process.
4.4 The main machine comes with a closed protection cover.
4.5 A working light, a warning light, a tool box, and tools are
provided in the configuration.
4.6 The balancing machine is outfitted with an external double USB
interface and comes with a USB flash drive for programs, which
makes it convenient to export test results.
4.7 The measuring system can display either "g" or "g.cm" as an
option.
4.8 It has a comprehensive text and light alarm function along with
an error - proof feature. It will give an alarm prompt when the
material - removal is unqualified or the workpiece exceeds the
standard. It can record various parameters and data such as the
start and end time of each workpiece in the balancing process,
product drawing number, model number, operator's work number,
initial unbalance value, residual unbalance value after passing the
material - removal qualification, qualification limit value, and
qualification judgment. Moreover, the balancing process record data
can be uploaded to the upper computer via the MES system.
4.9 The fixture has an automatic centering compensation function.
4.10 It can separately detect the unbalance value and position of
the workpiece, which is convenient for single - piece manual
operation.
