Zero Dynamic’s High-speed EV Motor Rotor, Magnetic Motor Rotor
Semi-automatic End Face Drilling Balancing Machine is a mechatronic device mainly used for balance measurement and
automatic correction of new energy motor rotors. The equipment
adopts a soft bearing structure with high measurement accuracy and
good repeatability. The equipment integrates a de-weighting
mechanism. After completion of balance measurement, the angle at
which the unbalance is measured is manually turned to the drilling
cutter location, and the drilling depth and number of holes can be
manually controlled.

Face Drilling Balancing Machine over traditional balancing machines is that there is no need to
remove the rotor during the de-weighting process, which can
significantly reduce the error generated by repeated loading and
unloading, and the belt drive structure has higher measurement
accuracy. When the workpiece needs to correct the balance, the
clamp cylinder clamps the rotor, the de-weighting component power
head works, and manually turns the handle forward to de-weight the
rotor to correct the unbalance. Rotor de-weighting radius can be
adjusted accordingly to the workpiece. The equipment adopts
hardware filtering circuit to reduce external vibration and other
interferences, and can realize high precision measurement. The
equipment adopts PLC as the main control machine and touch screen
as the man-machine interaction tool for parameter setting and
operation of the machine, which makes the operation simple and easy
to learn.
