Power Tool Impeller Drilling Correction Balancer is a customized automatic balancing machine for customer's power
tool impellers, compatible with customer's two specifications of
power tool impellers for balancing inspection and automatic
drilling correction balancing. The balancing test station adopts
rising sleeve structure with high repeatability. The equipment
automatically detects the rotational speed without manual scribing.

4. Main Features:
4.1 It integrates functions of automatic testing, automatic
carrying and automatic drilling correction. All balancing work from
balance measurement, angle positioning, turning and transporting,
drilling balance correction and re-testing, vacuuming, etc. is
completed continuously and automatically.
4.2 It has advantages of short cycle time and high efficiency. It
can be connected to a production line for automated production and
can collect, output and display the data generated by the entire
process.
4.3 The main functions of the software are balance test system,
balance data storage and printing, data statistics after
qualification, etc. Special functions can be customized for
specific products.
4.4 The main body of the machine is steel frame structure, dynamic
balancing bracket, fixed motor drive plate, with flip-up function
transport device, power head for automatic remove material, control
system etc. The equipment can carry out automatic positioning and
drilling correction according to the unbalance value and angle
displayed by the measurement system.
