Zero Dynamic’s Soft Bearing High-speed Mechanical Spindle, Electrical Spindle Balancing Machine is mainly applicable for dynamic balance measurement of mechanical spindle, electric spindle, spindle motor, servo motor, EV motor rotor and other high-speed rotating workpiece.

Zero Dynamic’s Soft Bearing High-speed Mechanical Spindle, Electrical Spindle Balancing Machine is compatible with the dynamic balancing standards for magnetic and non-magnetic rotors between 10-30kg, maximum diameter 1200mm, rotor span 220-1260. The equipment adopts soft supporting pedestals and high-precision acceleration sensors which has enabling high measurement accuracy and good repeatability. The excellent hardware configuration with customized high-precision data acquisition card and Zero Dynamic's self-developed dynamic balancing software enables the equipment accuracy to meet the highest ISO1940 standard G0.4, which satisfies the dynamic balancing requirements of most products. In addition to the usual dynamic balancing measurement functions, the equipment also has extended functions such as spectrum analysis, vibrometer, ISO1940 calculator function.

4.1 The equipment is mainly for dynamic balance correction of machine tool spindle, electric spindle, rotor, motor and other high-speed parts.
4.2 It has servo-motor drive which is high speed and stable. It is also equipped with half-hood or fully enclosed protective hood.
4.3 High-sensitivity sensor with high-precision data acquisition system, Maximum accuracy can meet balance grade G0.4.
4.4 It has the powerful multi-functional software and can measure the dynamic balance of single-plane and double-plane.
4.5 It has the functions of vibration spectrum analysis, IS01940 standard calculation, independent vibration value detection, measurement data traceability, printing and saving of measurement results.
4.6 It adopts Labview as the signal processing system.
