Zero Dynamic's Electric Motor Assembly, DC/AC Motor Assembly
Balancing Machine is applicable for unbalance measurement of DC, AC and brushless
motor assemblies such as cleaner motor, sweeper motor, ventilator
motor.
Zero Dynamic's Electric Motor Assembly, DC/AC Motor Assembly Balancing Machine is compatible with the balance measurement of different sizes of
motors (different motor need to be customized with its own
corresponding fixture). The same motors can be produced
continuously without re-calibration. Changeover is easy to learn
and operators can change the fixture and re-calibrate the machine
independently after training.
The equipment adopts soft bearing structure, which has high
measurement accuracy and good repeatability. The equipment adopts
high-sensitivity acceleration sensor, no lateral sensitivity, lower
limit requirement. Its mechanical model is simple & reasonable, and
the actual unbalance of the rotor can be truly reflected by the
soft support pedestals and sensor.
