Zero Dynamic’s Magnetic Motor Rotor Single Station Automatic
Balancing Machine EV Motor Rotor Balancer is an all-in-one automatic balancing machine suitable for double
plane balance measurement & end face drilling correction of various
magnetic and non-magnetic products such as New Energy motor rotor,
EV motor rotor, mechanical & electrical spindle rotor, centre motor
rotor, centre motor, Asynchronous induction motor.
Zero Dynamic’s Magnetic Motor Rotor Single Station Automatic
Balancing Machine EV Motor Rotor Balancer is compatible with rotors of shaft diameter φ20-φ80mm and diameter
range φ130-φ220mm. Specially designed support pedestals effectively
transmits mechanical force, sturdy and reliable, with small
vibration damping and good rigidity. The high sensitivity sensor
used has good linearity, durability and reliability. This equipment
adopts PLC as the main control machine to complete the calculation
related to the correction of dynamic balancing test and rotor phase
control, and uses the touch screen as the human-machine
communication interface to set the dynamic balancing parameters and
operate the machine, which makes the operation very easy.
